Breakfast
Our Breakfast Program ensures children, pre-K through 12th grade, start their day with a healthy meal, fueling their focus and success in the classroom.
About ECV Breakfast Program
Our Breakfast Program launched in September 2018 as part of the All Kids Thrive Initiative through the Princeton Area Community Foundation in an effort to combat chronic absenteeism in the Mercer County region. The Breakfast Program provides free meals to over 50 children residing in Eggerts Crossing Village each school day and a positive start to their morning.
Jenn Hall, the Breakfast Program Coordinator, plays a vital role in ensuring that every child feels comfortable and prepared for the school day. Each morning, Jenn personally checks in with every student, offering a warm welcome and making sure they are settled and ready to learn. Her caring approach helps create a supportive environment where children feel valued and confident.
Alongside Jenn, her two dedicated assistants enrich the morning experience by providing engaging activities that stimulate learning and creativity. They also make it a priority to ensure that every child begins their day with healthy foods and snacks, setting a positive tone for both physical and mental well-being. Together, Jenn and her team foster a nurturing atmosphere where students can thrive academically and socially, starting each day on the right foot.
