Kiya King Green named LeadNJ Fellow

Updated: Jan 3

Congratulations to Kiya King-Green, Executive Director of Every Child Valued!

Every Child Valued is proud to celebrate our Executive Director, Kiya King-Green, on her graduation from the prestigious LeadNJ (LNJ) Fellowship.

Every Child Valued’s mission is to motivate the young people of Lawrence Township to become educated and fulfilled adults, and to combat racial, socioeconomic, and cultural isolation. Kiya has worked tirelessly and with deep commitment to advance this mission—building partnerships, expanding programs, and advocating every day for children to be seen, supported, and valued.

Through LeadNJ, Kiya joined a diverse cohort of leaders from across New Jersey to study critical issues facing our state and to strengthen her leadership skills alongside peers from many sectors. This experience further equips her to lead Every Child Valued with vision, compassion, and strategic insight—directly benefiting the children, families, and communities we serve.

We are especially inspired knowing that current Lt. Governor Dale Caldwell and former Lt. Governor Sheila Oliver are also LeadNJ Fellows, underscoring the powerful impact this program has on shaping effective, values-driven leaders in New Jersey.

Congratulations, Kiya! Your dedication to professional growth and your unwavering belief in Every Child Valued’s mission continue to strengthen our organization and make a lasting difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.
